Aleksander has more than 10 years of experience in public policy, gained in governmental administration and think-tanks. Previously he worked at the Polish Economic Instutite and Institute for Structural Research. His publications focused on areas related to energy transition, with just transition in coal regions in particular, energy poverty, coal mining sector and hydrogen economy. Aleksander is a graduate of political science at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and College of Europe in Natolin. Over the last years he coordinated and worked on projects with ministries, regional governments, institutions of the European Commission and leading research institutes and universities from all over Europe.
