Public policy expert. He has been researching and co-creating those while working in the private sector (Deloitte Polska), think-tank (Institute for Structural Research), and in managerial positions in public administration (Polish Economic Institute, Ministry of Finance). He holds a PhD in economics and is an Assistant Professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He published numerous scientific articles and reports. His work focuses on the areas of public finance, sustainable finance and inequalities.
