He studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Poland (Finance and Accounting), at University of Cologne in Germany and St. Gallen University in Switzerland (Economics). Graduate of the Executive Master in Public Administration (EMPA) at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in UK.
Since November 2023 affiliated as a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with the Just Transition Finance Lab, an initiative established by the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment (GRI).
