Public policy and communication expert. Patryk gained experience at an international PR agency as a public affairs manager, co-founded Impact CEE congresses and worked as a civil servant at the Chancellery of the Sejm. His areas of expertise are digital economy, urban mobility and energy. He studied at the University of Warsaw, Aarhus Universitet in Denmark and Kyungpook National University in South Korea. At the Instrat Foundation, he directs communication activities.
The first Polish region has joined the Powering Past Coal Alliance, an international alliance of more than 120 countries, local governments and companies that are moving away from burning coal in the power industry.
