For 11 years, she has been working for the non-governmental sector and dealing with the financing of non-governmental organisations, counseling on public financing sources and repayable instruments for social economy entities, implementation and coordination of innovative projects, also with regard to introduction of capital instruments in social economy entities. She cooperated, among others, with the United Way Poland Foundation and Towarzystwo Inwestycji Społeczno-Ekonomicznych S.A. At Instrat she is responsible for fundraising. Postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in the field of professional counseling, development management and coaching, as well as the University of Warsaw – Institute of Social Prevention and Rehabilitation and the Faculty of Pedagogy.
