The Polish Charter of Digital Sovereignty is the coalition established and coordinated by Instrat, which aims to provide a more sustainable digital environment. It consists of experts in the field of new technologies, economists, researchers, lawyers, business representatives, trade unions, and non-governmental organizations, which are willing to undertake activities in the area of digitalization. Based on the members’ expertise, as well as in-depth research on good practices from abroad, the coalition proposes specific reforms to strengthen Poland’s digital sovereignty.

The Polish Charter of Digital Sovereignty activity includes such initiatives as Digital Detox Day, the Digital Round Table, and the petition on unfair practices of tech giants.
