Zofia has completed internships at the European Parliament and the Polish Senate, through which she gained valuable insight into the world of ‘policymaking’. She also previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where she supported ESG/SDG projects. As an active citizen, she was the European Union’s youth delegate to the G20 Summit in Indonesia and COP28 in the United Arab Emirates. At Instrat, Zofia supports projects in the Energy and Climate department, juxtaposing the team with her social thinking and ensuring that the energy transition is seen from a social perspective. She works on current political topics, but also focuses on creating and developing databases on power plants and coal mines for the energy.instrat.pl platform. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social policy from the University of Bristol in the UK.
