Former Head of Digital Transformation at the Techsoup Foundation, where she was responsible for preparing the strategy for the digital transformation of NGOs in Europe and overseeing open data projects in Ukraine. Previously, she was the Director of Open Data and Digital Skills at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, where she was responsible for opening data in the central administration. In consequence, Poland rose in the Open Data Maturity in Europe ranking from 23rd to 6th place. She also served as the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Digital Affairs for Open Data and built and developed an inter-ministerial network of Plenipotentiaries for Open Data. She is the recipient of the Marek Car Award for outstanding achievements in creating conditions for the development of the information society. At Instrat, she is responsible for developing and implementing the Strategy for 2023-2026.
