In cooperation with NSZZ Solidarność, we are preparing a project aimed at implementing the provisions of the European Social Partners Framework Agreement on Digitalisation in the light of work and the Right to Disconnect. As a partner, Instrat is responsible for preparing training materials and organizing a series of international workshops aimed at raising awareness on the future of work in the digital transformation; the use of digital tools at work; shaping relations between the employer and employee in the era of digitization.
